Coming to a close.I wanted to let everyone know that my commissions are coming to a close, starting immediately. For a few, very long months now, my only source of income has been commission based. The stress of not being able to draw much for myself and friends, or feeling incredibly guilty when I do so, is just becoming too much. It's very hard to see something that once gave me a freedom and creative outlit in my life turn into so much of a chore. While I enjoy working for people, and I am glad so many people like my art enough to pay me to do a custom piece for them, I need a break!
All those who have paid will be receiving their commissions shortly. Those who have not paid will be backlogged for a waiting list, and I will work on them at my own leisure. There's no promise on amazingly fast production for those who have no paid. If you'd like to be removed from this waiting list because the wait might be too long, just note me!

Other than these remaining commissions, and those I chose to pick throughout the next few months, I won't really be posting art anywhere. Maybe I'll change my mind in the future, but I'd like to work on more things for myself and keep them private. There's been a lot of stressful events in my life, and with even more coming, I needed to cut back for my own well-being.

That's what I've decided to do aswell. Instead of just opening commissions and just let people come to me, I've decided to put a limit into how many I can get at a time. I think with the less amount of commissions to do, I'd be a lot better off, have a more steady income, more time to commit for every image, and then have time for myself.
I felt like doing artwork became a chore for me aswell, and I seriously want to work more on my graphic novel, working on real-life protraits of people and pets, but I have to dedicate my time and effort toward the generous amount of commissions I have going.
Breaks are very good, and any busy artist needs it.
